Kenninji is famous as Japan’s oldest Zen temple.
Kenninji was built by Shogun Minamoto no Yoriie in 1202.
There is a dry landscape garden that paved the white sand.
Snow piled up garden is also very beautiful.
And, in Kenninji, there are famous cultural assets.
