Fushimi Otesuji mall


Fushimi Otesuji mall is a mall located in Fushimi ward, Kyoto.



This mall is crowded with locals.

The end of the year in Japan, especially a lot of people are shopping at the mall.


In fact, etymology of Otesuji is old.

Its etymology dates back to the era of Hideyoshi Toyotomi.

In 1594, Hideyoshi was forming a major wide garden by Fushimi Castle architecture, and he built a Otemon in its place.
Otesuji street is the one that made the road to the west slightly bent than its Otemon.



Otesuji mall is adjacent to the Keihan train main line Fushimi-Momoyama Station.
